Use the crystal ball to de-clorinate your bathtub water COMMING SOON Check back for new products arriving soon!    PRODUCT WARRANTY        All water dispensing products warranty valid with the use of Dinopure H20 only.    If not a customer on home delivery, ordering water delivery minimums within a 90 day period a 30 day warranty only is applicable.     SERVICE POLICY    Dinopure reserves the right to deem jugs as unacceptable/unrefundable due to damage including foreign substances in or on the jugs, odors and any disfigurement of any sort. Please keep your jugs in good clean order.  Dinopure H2O reserves the right to cancel service for any reason.  Dinodollars are only redeemable when you have re-ordered Dinopure water within 60 days of your last order date.  All product warranties valid only with the use of Dinopure water.  Upon not ordering Dinopure water for a period of 90 days will automatically close your account and render all warranties as void. If travelling or moving please advise our office prior to your departure in order to avoid any complications. Deposits are only refundable upon the cancellation of your service with Dinopure H2O. Cancellation of service will incur a $15.00 service fee for picking up jugs where return of empties is concerned. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds. To avoid the $15.00 service fee for picking up jugs, you may remove labels and collect refunds or credit at any participating water retailer.
